Steve Krulich

Florida Area Director

Steve received his Master’s Degree in Sports Management from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. Prior to that he received his Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. His career as an Athletic Trainer began twelve years ago and in that time he worked at the secondary school level providing outstanding evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation programs to injured athletes requiring multiple approaches to conditioning, management and care for their injuries and conditions. He is from an CAAHEP accredited University and attends yearly conferences so that he can keep current with changes made in the field to better serve the athletes he works with. He also has worked many different sports camps and tournaments during those twelve years including various sports and level of competition. When Steve is not assisting athletes, coaches, or medical professionals, he enjoys going to the beach, water activities, and traveling.

Allan Parsells

New Jersey Vice President

alparAllan Parsells, MS, LAT, ATC, ITAT earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies from the University of Scranton in 2008 before earning a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training and a Master's degree in Clinical Athletic Training from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2010. The Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania native has been employed on the Secondary School level since August of 2013 at Oratory Preparatory School in Summit, New Jersey as their Head Athletic Trainer. Prior to his time at Oratory, he was employed at The College of New Jersey (Ewing, New Jersey) and Stevens Institute of Technology (Hoboken, New Jersey) as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. Allan is co-owner of Premier Sports Medicine of New Jersey, LLC, which provides athletic trainers to youth sports organizations, camps, clinics, showcases, and schools. In addition, Premier Sports Medicine of New Jersey is a Licensed Training Provider for the American Red Cross, a sub-distributor of Philips Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and AED supplies, and provider of ImPACT Baseline and Post-Injury Concussion Testing. Allan serves his profession as the Public Relations Chairman of the Athletic Trainers' Society of New Jersey (ATSNJ). He has been in this role since February 2013 and has received 3 National Athletic Trainers' Association Public Relations awards during his tenure. In addition to being a certified and licensed athletic trainer, Allan is also a certified instructor for the American Red Cross and also holds the ImPACT Trained Athletic Trainer (ITAT) certification. Allan is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and is an avid New York Mets fan. He resides in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey with his wife, Katie and 2 children, Aidan and Norah.

Kelley Davy

New Jersey Vice President

Kelley Davy, MA, LAT, ATC earned a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Kean University in 2009 before earning a Master's degree in Sports and Performance Psychology from the University of the Rockies in 2012. Born and raised in central New Jersey, she was employed in the Secondary School setting from 2009-2017. From the start of her career, she was the Head Athletic Trainer at University High School in Newark, New Jersey. It was here that she had the opportunity to work with multiple State Championship teams, as well as athletes that moved on to play at the Division 1 and professional levels. While working in Newark, she continued to be an active member of Kean University's Be the Change, an activism group dedicated to serving the greater community. It was through this that she and the student athletes at University High School were able to assist with multiple community service projects in Newark and the surrounding areas. As a co-owner of the company, Kelley resigned from her full time position in 2017 to focus on developing Premier Sports Medicine of New Jersey LLC, which provides athletic trainers to youth sports organizations, camps, clinics, showcases, and schools, as they continue to grow in the tri-state area and beyond. Additionally, she is a Licensed Training Provider for the American Red Cross. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, and enjoys being a Beachbody coach in her spare time. In June of 2017, Kelley married the England native, Mark Davy, and gained a stepdaughter, Maria, who they frequently visit in the UK. While the couple travels often, their Spotswood home is shared with their two golden retrievers, Harley and Lacey.
